    Would it be extreme in any way to only listen to worship music?

    You think listening to only worship music is extreme....I will play the same song over and over for days if it speaks to me...lol. You are not extreme you are a WORSHIPER!! There is no other music that moves a worshiper more then P&W.

    whats the praise and worship song that really touches you?

    Even though I don't sing it much or listen to that often Chris Tomlin's song 'Overflow' has a line in the chorus 'where would i be, without You' that rings in me. Even when things are not perfect I am is such a better place just knowing Him!!!

    worshipping when alone

    I sometimes sing a verse of a praise song them just make up verses to the same tune....singing your prayers or telling God how great He is using music...like spontaneous singing I have heard in some churches.
