CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Bonjour, my name is Rachel, I live in Texas, but my favorite state is California (LA). I <33 interior design, and my favorite sport is probably Volleyball. I haven't played it in awhile, but I will be starting back up this fall, hopefully. My favorite music artist of all time is Chris Brown. Oh my goodness....he can dance, I am so jealous! LOL! I wish I could dance like that. I'm hoping to take break dancing lessons soon, I only know a few moves as of right now.
I am currently homeschooled, I go to a friends house every Thursday and attend school with them. And, this fall, I'm going to go to public school for the first time in my life, I'm very, very, very, very, VERY excited. I love French, and this summer I am hopefully going to learn a bit of it. I don't know much now, lol. Um, here are some words I can't say for my life: Particurlary (probably can't spell it either) and Mattresses. Well basically anything ending in "lary"!
