I'm alive. The coils were put in my lung on Monday. It was uneventful. In a few weeks, they'll do a CT of my brain. We need to make sure that it's still there. I thought I'd lost my mind in the past... now we'll know for sure. Winter break has arrived. I'm off work for two weeks. Yay...

Blizzard warning for central Iowa this afternoon. (most of the state, really) I get the coils put in my lung on the 20th. Yippee.

Updates: My mom passed away on November 16th. She held on until the last two family members that could had arrived at her bedside. All but her oldest child was in attendance. She'd had three cardiac arrests that morning, then her blood pressure plummeted. They had her on BP meds to keep it up...

I'm scheduled for November 8th. I'm still having pains in my lower right side. Near where my appendix used to be.

My blood count is back to normal. I had a colonoscopy, it came back clean. The Doc. wants me to get a CT scan.

oops The really fun part of the anemia... I thought for a week or two that I was fighting anxiety attacks. The symptoms are similar. Fatigue, heart palpitations, feeling faint, vertigo. It's CRAZINESS I tell you! :P
