    I just thought I would add, that I decided to try valerian for the first time today. It works! Mind you it doesn't get rid of all of it but it kept me at ease and more relaxed. And it didn't make me sleepy!

    I had slight fatigure with it but no major side effects. I am no longer taking it but I'm starting counseling next tuesday and my anxiety has started back up again and now I am having panic attacks all the time. So I'm going to start taking it again with therapy.
