    Dunno if you quit like you said hope you did coz its always easier said than done trust me i quit smoking 15 days ago after 12 years of smoking, i started when i was 13 and wish i never had, this is my 5th attempt and i am hoping this will be the last. What i have found is to set a quit date...

    i would agree with lab or golden retreiver, i grew up with a lab infact we still have him and he is a great guard dog but a complete slop when he is with us.
