CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Latina from "La Isla del Encanto" now resident of Florida and loving it. After living in PR for most part of my life I decided it was time to moved toward a better life so here I am. I have two lovely children which live for the time being in PR.
Through the tenure of life I've learned that $$wealth$$ is just a convenience that can't buy happiness. I enjoy company rather than solitude, I love to laugh and rather be surrounded my positive people. I strive for improvement and being a better person.
I enjoy the good things God offers me like riding my TL on a sunny day and hearing the laughter of my children.
NY is by far my favorite place to visit to hang out with family and friends. My Dad's X and I remain tight after their divorce 16+ years ago...BTW, she is one year older than I that is one of the reasons we get along. I love her and her hubby.
