    Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, I am struggling with gluttony, I confess. I tend to overeat and sometimes I have no self control when it comes to food. It is affecting my life and my mood very badly. I had bulimia but with God's help I stopped throwing up, but the overeating still persists...
