I'm not easily to describe, I guess. Has anybody read "Personality Plus"? Ok, I'm a sanguine and melancholy person in one

On the one hand I'm outgoing, lively and I'm having fun with friends. But on the other hand I can be very reserved. I'm very obliging, caring and I love to be a person people go to with problems.
Some "negative" things: I can see things very negatively, which usually ends up in overacting. And sometimes I manipulate other people by doing or saying some things. I don't do it consciously but I do it. After being so stupid and sometimes hurting people by this I feel very sorry.
Ok, well.. But most of the time I'm eather very vivid (sanguine) or a little shy and this nice little girl
