    anyone knows a good work out DVDs?

    I love the workouts by The Firm. They are, most of the older ones, about an hour long, but it will do the job. I also really like the Insanity workout. Really works great! I think that you can't go wrong with these. :)

    I have the Insanity workout DVD's and also a LOT of the older DVD's [well, really they are VHS :)] from the Firm. They are great!! It may take a little time to get into doing the whole thing ~~ but it IS worth it. Have a great time!!!! :)...

    any flower lovers?

    I love to make the flowers around our house a little more permanent; I love to quilt them!! I have some patterns for columbines and indian paintbrush that I have purchased. It's really a lot of fun to get the different colors and textures of fabrics together!!! :)

    I also love to work out!! I mostly do The Firm, or the Insanity workouts. Really gets the heart rate up and keeps those endorphins up!!! :)

    Whats your hobby?

    I love to quilt!! I drafted a pattern focusing on native American symbolism; since I am part Cherokee Indian, I wanted to do something pertaining to that. It needs a little work, but I think that it will be great!!! :)
