    I've been this way for some years. Could I overcome this with God? My family would find out and just think of me as a weirdo. I really don't want to see a doc :(

    I appreciate the replies. The thing too is that I can't say this to anyone off the computer. I feel too weird and am afraid of what they will think. :( I can't even imagine how my family would react if they knew I needed medication.

    I kind of feel weird even more and more. I believe I do have a very bad problem with paranoia and fear. I found myself getting better but then it started coming back. I also have a problem with feeling like someone is behind me at night. I then will go in my bed and put my back against the wall...
