    Fair enough. Last time I checked the Roman leaders weren't the ones desiring death on Christ. It was the Jewish leaders who finagled it due to their disbelief that Jesus is the Messiah. As far as Christ fulfilling the ot, in your opinion what did come Christ came to fulfill from the ot?

    As for the families closure, yes that's a horrible event to have happen. Christ did not teach eye for an eye. Their closure should be sought through God's healing touch. I will pray for the family.

    Faith man, who wrote the ot? Of what culture was it written around? The same people who thought crucifying christ to a cross was the God's will. Don't misread the Bible. Yes he is the God of past present and future but zoom out a bit. Read your new testament.

    Why shouldnt she spend her life in prison instead of killing her? Christ welcomed people from all walks of life. He didn't command death of all the sinners he encountered. Maybe she can find redemption through repentance instead of condemnation through death.

    Its murder if you kill the wrong person. Can you guarantee that everyone that is sent to death row is and has been guilty with 100% confidence? If not, Is it not murder? As far as capital punishment being murder, by what definition is capital punishment if not murder?
