  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

can a righteous man pray for God to bless an unrighteous man?

If you pray, don’t forget to ask in the name of the one and only one who is righteous! Only He can go to the Father on your behalf. ...

can a righteous man pray for God to bless an unrighteous man?

The answer is no because there is no such thing as a righteous man, except for Jesus. So, it doesn’t matter who you pray for, you are an unrighteous man praying for another unrighteous man. Romans 3:9 What shall we conclude then? Are we any better? Not at all! We have already made the...

Does Universal Reconciliation teach a "false gospel"?

I agree! Gods Word is Gods command. He lives in and through all of us. Believing otherwise is the essence of disobedience. John 1:3 (YLT) all things through him did happen, and without him happened not even one thing that hath happened. John 15:5 (NIV) I am the vine; you are the branches...

Are God sending people to hell or are they sending them self there?

The argument is fallacious unless you believe in hell. So, for some, it begs the question; does hell exist, or the question; are only some men saved. Etc. Blessings, James ...

Are God sending people to hell or are they sending them self there?

The courses I took in logic and rhetoric were so long ago that I’ve forgotten most of what I learned. I am surprised you are even participating in this thread since the OP question is based on a fallacious argument. I think the argument is “begging the question”, “false dichotomy”, or some...

Are God sending people to hell or are they sending them self there?

I am sure this has been said many times, but it is worth repeating: By the act of the first Adam we where all condemned. By the act of the last Adam we where all redeemed. It does not, therefore, depend on our desire, effort, or faith by volition. Romans 5:18 For just as through the...

Does Universal Reconciliation teach a "false gospel"?

God doesn't see mans attempt, to resist, lasting either. Romans 14:11 For it is written, As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall confess to God [acknowledge Him to His honor and to His praise]. Sounds like Universal Reconciliation to me. ...

    Salvation and Divine Justice

You seemed to be agreeing with HM; that you were talking about the prodigal son. Your story is similar except with a different ending. But I’ll take your word for it that you weren’t. Blessings, James ...

    Salvation and Divine Justice

It is obvious you are trying to tell the story of the prodigal son, but you didn’t finish the story. What is the difference between how you say the story ends and how Jesus says the story ends? Blessings, James ...

Are God sending people to hell or are they sending them self there?

How could these two statements be the truth and not a lie? My eye sight isn’t what it used to be because now I need reading glasses where before I didn’t. My eye sight is “fine” because needing to use reading glasses is the “norm” for people in their 50s...
