I've come to know that what I've experienced is limited to my community.

I don't think the bible is hateful in ANY way. I'm just saying that people interpret it word for word instead of a life guide. They take things out of context and it leads them to hate others for reasons outside of the bible.

If all bibles were lost at once, I think the religion would evolve significantly. Some people would stop being so hateful towards the gays because of said parts being lost, leaving only important things. The religion might even come back together slightly, since the branches would lose a basis...
