    There's free job training all over the place here. The system bends over backwards to help you if you are a minority (talking about California, at least) - in fact, you have to BE a minority, not just poor, to receive some of these perks. At the University of Texas Law School, for example...

    My best friend lives in Utah where the state agreed to take 1,000 of the evacuees. The only stipulation was that they all had to take jobs. 600 of the 1000 left within a week.
