A part of me is still waiting for Jimmy Carter to come out and say the vote was corrupted in some way. I am pleasantly suprised by Chavez's reaction, his rhetoric before the vote led me to believe he wouldn't accept no for an answer.

I'm curious how the Supreme Court expects the EPA to regulate CO2. A higher fraction of CO2 in the exhaust of any combusted fuel is a good thing. It means less CO and NOx and other real toxic pollutants are being produced.
