    I agree totally. I have SAD, AvPD and GAD. A plateful, eh? Prayer and behavioral therapy would seem best. I was put on Paxil, and coming off of it was torture...6 weeks of intense terror and constant nausea. I would hold off on meds, or try various ones (not together, of course) at low levels...
