  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

    Redken Dandruff Conditioner

For years, I've used Redken dandruff control shampoo and conditioner, and I've found it to be very effective. However, they have discontinued their condition. They still offer the shampoo, which I plan to buy. Can anyone recommend a new conditioner? Should I switch brands, or will a...

    Tithes While Between Churches

Hello, I'm in the process of looking for a church, but I haven't found one yet. What should I do with my tithes? Should I save them up until I find a home church, give them to some charitable organization, or something else? Any advice is appreciated!

KOTOR: What did you name your main character?

For the original KOTOR, I named my light side character Lucy "Luck" Lang. She was a fast talking scoundrel with an extremely high charasima. She could talk her way out of any situation and was quite the pazak shark (her middle name is luck). I started going through the game on the dark side...

Mercanaries will you buy or try it?

Well, I was planning on buying it for Xbox, but when I saw it was available to rent on PS2 already, I decided to rent it to make sure I'm not wasting my money. It's definately an awesome game, and I'll most likely buy it on Xbox. Still, it won't be out for a couple more days, and I'm already...

OK. What is the meaning of life

Ecclesiasetes 12:13 Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.

Starocean: Till The End Of Time

I picked up the special edition recently. The story was pretty good, but I hated the combat. I think the problem was that the last RPG I played before Star Ocean was Tales of Symphonia on Gamecube, which had a much better real time combat system.

    My Mom Won't Let Go

I dealt with similar issues with my mom. I agree that moving out helps (moving to another state helped a lot). It forced her to deal with me not being around and to let go of me a little more. The rest of it, I just had to give up to God and seek His grace in being a loving son who honors my...

    Single Christian Young Men ??

I'm a single cat raising my paws to LORD in praise! Psalm 103:1-5 1 Praise the LORD , O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. 2 Praise the LORD , O my soul, and forget not all his benefits- 3 who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, 4 who redeems your...

    Do you drink enough water?

Where I'm from (Colorado), it's popular to carry a Nalgene around with you. You can get a color you like and customize it with stickers. This is useful for remebering to drink water or if you spontaneously go hiking.

Obeying God and need your prayers!!

I'll pray for you as well! :prayer: 1 John 5:1-5 1 Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves the father loves his child as well. 2 This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands. 3 This is love for...

Which is more healthy: Fries or Onion Rings?

This is, of course, prior to dipping them into any kind of sauce. I'm thinking onion rings becaues an onion seems more healthy than a potato, but I don't really know, which is why I'm creating this poll.

    Welcome to God's Gym

I think the idea of God's gym is a Biblical analogy. 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 24 Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. 25 Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that...

I am completely in love ...

Yeah! Kids are great! I don't have any nephews or nieces myself, but I help out at the children's ministry at church, and those kids are awesome (for an hour a week). May God bless you and your new niece.
