  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The Apostle Paul warned Christians to be prepared to be filled with God by having a sound mind, in fact by having the same mind as Christ had. When Jesus was asked by a rich young man exactly how he had to act or think to have salvation, Jesus told him to love God with all his heart, soul, mind...

Recently I suggested to a young couple looking to attend church to try a Church of God, Anderson found in their local area. Why do you believe in God?

It is self evident that God is. Also everything that is, is evidence that God is.Only those who do not believe have no evidence or premise for life and living IMHO.

As a Fundamentalist Christian, do you ever feel a victim of prejudice/hate?

IMHO today anyone who believes the Bible and the Christian life style can expect prejudice and ridicule since Satan wants to make them seem foolish.

Fundamentalist could lead Christians in believing the Bible

There was a time that most every Christian was a fundamentalist. To me a fundamentalist is a person who believes what the Bible says in the truth and is the inspired Word of God. Fundamentalist often disagree as what the Bible says and much thought and discussion is needed on many issues but we...

What is the difference between fundamentalist christians and Conservatives?

I confess to not having read any post from this thread but to answer the question a this thread asks, a reply to all posting is not needed. Politically I am a Conservative. As a Christian I am a fundamentalist. As a politician I can be mistaken badly but as a Christian, led by the Holy Spirit, I...
