  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm both evolutionist and creationist. Anyone else?

I'm not sure of the actual differences between a Theological Evolutionist and a Creationist Evolutionist, but I assume I'm one of the two. I believe that God and evolution aren't seperate, but that God created the world and everything else through evolution. Also, to respond to the other...

I'm both evolutionist and creationist. Anyone else?

Souljah, I believe everything that most other Christians believe. Jesus was born of God and was God and is God and died for our sins so that we may reach eternal salvation. But I do believe that Adam and Eve weren't the only humans (as we know humans today). I believe that several people were...

Sorry, that was a bit confusing, but I hope you see what I'm talking about, somewhat.

I'm both evolutionist and creationist. Anyone else?

I believe that God does exist. I always have. I feel his presence in my life every day. But I believe that the creation story is not to be taken completely literally. Natural selection takes place today. Creatures evolve and co-evolve with each other in order to stay alive in their enviroments...

I'm both evolutionist and creationist. Anyone else?

Hello there. I've come to believe, from my educations in both evolution and the Bible, that evolution and creationism fall hand-in-hand. I'm just looking for any other people who believe this. I think there are very few people like me, so it would be nice to find others.
