It's just occurred to me that you might also try approaching members you feel are worth talking to. If you notice that there are people on your wavelength, send them a message. From experience, this is not always productive, but I have had a few great conversations with members when I've done this.

Absolutely. Artists are participants in the Divine in a major way. Artists have their sights set on the transcendentals. A great musician is concerned with the production of truth, beauty and goodness. Great music makes the mind receptive to the fact that the cosmos is charged with the Divine.

The problem is that you need to have people who are open to alternative perspectives. One has to be open to the possibility that doctrines are subject to change. They can and should be tested and questioned. One then has to be willing to appraise the ideas presented purely on their own merits...
