IS reading Harry Potter a sin?

There's a difference between being faithful to God's word, and reading into things one's own interpretation. No one has suggested that any kind of Cult has come out of it... If you want to call Harry Potter a sin, then you might as well call Star wars the same thing. Did you know that Jedi...

    autism and siblings

I'm glad he seems to be feeling better about things. How severe is his autism? James has just met his new niece and is thrilled, I've never seen a child so fascinated with others, and so willing to help out. Do you guys have an Autism Association or anything over there? School officials...

    autism and siblings

More news on my autistic brother, james. He just found out that a friend of ours has an autistic son. I've never seen him more delighted (he's quite mild) and he loves the idea of "helping out". I've never seen a 12 year old who wants to help out so much!

WHO IN THE WORLD ARE THESE "AUSTRALIAN RESURGENCE PEOPLE!

Okay, I've found out who they are. They're licenced to do a 10 week paper regarding issues such as abortion legislation (their stance is pro life), The private US Uni that is proposed to be built in SA and to abolish family Court. There is apparantly intention on the emergence of yet another...

IS reading Harry Potter a sin?

It worries me that people who get worried about it either dont have enough REAL things to worry about, or have such a cynical view on the human race that they think people can't seperate reality from something written for a bit of fun. Never has JK Rowling ever told her fans that practicing...

IS reading Harry Potter a sin?

Or at the platypus... I bet you that Jesus has a bit of a giggle at the drawings and paintings of himself as a white, light-haired man in a country where he would have certainly been darker. I imagine him as a quite funny guy... Plus, he'd have to be a bit of a practical joker...God...

IS reading Harry Potter a sin?

You do that then... ;) I still think that the loyalty displayed within the books is quite touching... I let my siblings read them (who I am responsible for). The pro is that they understand the level of fiction, and the fact that it is just that. This understanding also stops them from being...

WHO IN THE WORLD ARE THESE "AUSTRALIAN RESURGENCE PEOPLE!

Thats what I'm asking! Does anyone KNOW who or what they are? I'm sick of their uninformative campaign posters for nothing in particular

WHO IN THE WORLD ARE THESE "AUSTRALIAN RESURGENCE PEOPLE!

There are posters all around SA bearing various slogans, a few of them ill informed. Wondering whether organization is a poor excuse for an emerging political party or something like "dads in distress".

WHO IN THE WORLD ARE THESE "AUSTRALIAN RESURGENCE PEOPLE!

Very true... They are obviously anti environment, with the amount of trees they kill for their stupid fliers...

WHO IN THE WORLD ARE THESE "AUSTRALIAN RESURGENCE PEOPLE!

They're not offensive as such, just not well thought out... all around SA they seem to be posted, so its probably just us stuck wiht them... They are relatively simple white posters with black graphics, and HUGE red writing Slogans so far "No degrees for dollars" (kinda not to bad) "Smoking...

WHO IN THE WORLD ARE THESE "AUSTRALIAN RESURGENCE PEOPLE!

true, but abolition of the Family court will do no good to Australia, perhaps the reform will make the future a more positive environment for fathers, and more equal legislation... I still think they are fairly... ignorant... (Australian REsurgence)
