Siri has been ported to the iPhone 4 and iPad 2. It's nothing to do with processing power and everything to do with Apple artificially limiting their technology to get people to upgrade like they always do.

DRM = assume the customer is a criminal. All it does is create headaches for legitimate users. Pirates are unaffected by DRM, and will usually get around it very quickly, sometimes even before the game comes out (see: Spore).
