CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm in love with an amazing woman (PassionateOne) and enjoying every minute! I'm also the father of 2 beautiful girls aged 11 & 6. Nothing beats seeing your children come to Christ! Both of my gals have made decisions to accept Him. They're both very blessed. My oldest is already eyeing design school! The past yr. brought change including visiting to find a new church home after 7 years at our former church. It's a growing experience I didn't ask for but He's bringing us to a better place. I love youth ministry and very much look forward to doing more of that. Teens contend with heavy duty issues and they need us. We need to listen and give them what they need to fight their battles and trust in God. I'm thankful my relationship with Christ has become more intimate over the past 13 years or so. He's brought me to a point where it's easy to share my faith. I very much enjoy the privilege and like getting those "nudges."
