    Anglican?

How can they do this when the bible teaches and mainstream Christianity and even non Christian religions know this to be a direct sin against God's commandments? It’s like Murder, you can’t do it, it’s a sin. I know we have murder by abortion legal but I do not know of any mainstream...

    Catholic Church

Why did other denominations come about? Becuse Jesus did not promise them the protection from the gates of hell prevailing against them, he promised that to Peter, not Luther.  We have free will to reject the truth. I can say something here because I am in the CATHOLIC section so no one...

    St Paul - Stigmata?

Jason, Having this gift is just that...a gift of the Holy Spirit. It is not that different from the other gifts. They are not up to the person's holiness and having certain charism of the Holy Spirit does not require a person to even be in a state of grace because they are not for the...

Where would the faith part even come in if it looked like flesh and tasted like flesh and a unbloody manner is the point. He instituted the Eucharist...

    St Paul - Stigmata?

It is believed that St Paul may have been a stigmatist. There have been many in the Church through out history that have bore the wounds of Christ. St Frances of Assi is one and Padre Pio is another.

    I Love Being Catholic

The mass reminds us of what Jesus taught and then what Jesus did; what he sacrificed. In the Protestant Churches unfortunatly that is where it's stops. The Catholic Church's belief goes a lot further than this.

    I Love Being Catholic

Yes you are right Joe, and even Jesus himself says "can you not spend one hour with me?" I am afraid it is because it takes eyes to see him with and a heart to understand that he waits in the blessed sacrament of the altar just for us to come to him out of our own free choice. He could be...

    I Love Being Catholic

Jason, You must go back to the beginning here and realize that when we receive the gift of faith in baptism there is so much more than just regeneration that takes place. In Catholicism the sacraments have more than just one purpose to them the are multifaceted in a lot of ways. Baptism...
