Currently... low. I hit the dumps last night. I was crying and my mind was racing for hours. Now today I just kinda feel... flat, emotionally. My mind seems to just be still and quiet though. Almost too quiet...

I recently purchased "The Everything Health Guide to Adult Bipolar Disorder: Reassuring Advice to Help You Cope". But I have not read it yet. I also enjoyed "Detour: My Bipolar Road Trip In 4-D". And I also have read parts of "The Bipolar Survival Guide" too. Good read.

I was able to get out with friends over the past 3 days and forget about things. So I am doing better. But now that I'm all alone again... who knows. It's when my low's hit me the most. But as of now... doing better.

I was so high yesterday. Running on minimal sleep but had so much energy. Couldn't stop talking really fast. Thoughts were just flowing. I felt really good. But then I began to crash. And now I'm low again. I hit my low hard too. No motivation. Shaky. Headaches. Just feel like crap.

wow getncloser, that is exactly how i feel. i also had the schizoaffective diagnosis. but didnt believe it since i wasnt having hallucinations and delusions. i thought that stuff had to be there. my mom is schizophrenic and i thought they just jumped to that conclusion due to that. still not sure...
