  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

The stigma of mental illness in a church today

It is good to know there are churches who are supportive, but how can those churches educate the other ill-educated ones? Is this doctrinal issue with no hope? Is it normal to make your illness a secret to your pastor? That is what I am doing. How can I find out if a church is enlightened on...

It is true that cogentive teraphy and more specifically being transformed by the renewing of our mind works. But when life knocks you down, it is hard. Very hard. And we don't need to be a hero for the meds are also made by wisdom given by God. Therefore, one should do a balance in seeking...

The stigma of mental illness in a church today

    Exercising the gift of teaching

Do you see a problem one may face having a ministry of teaching in a church? There is so few opportunities that it is hard to excercise this gift. Compared to other ministry opportunities in a church, wouldn't the one with teaching have trouble and need more patient before applying? What do...

Is a man can loss his salvation?

I think and believe in eternal security - once saved, you cannot lose your salvation. We will pay for the consequence of sin here and also in the life after by losing our reward before the judgment seat of Christ.
