  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Could dinosaurs have been purposely excluded from the Ark for some reason?

This kind of question, assuming a comparable scientific validity in the Old and New Testaments with contemporary science is a dangerous approach to biblical faith. The Bible has no scientific validity. Interpreting biblical content as valid archeology, astrology, biology etc. will abolish...

    World Flood???

The story of Noah's Flood is a clear example of both the nature of biblical mythology and its advantage. Taking the flood account as a literally true, scientifically component of archeology opens the door to rebuttal and criticism. Taking the flood account as a Divinely inspired parable about...

    World Flood???

My personal favorite interpretation of Noah's Flood is in a song "The Unicorn" by the Irish Rovers which explains the absence of unicorns as a result of Noah's failure in following God's command: A long time ago, when the earth was still green And there were more kinds of animals than you've...

    Is Christianity a theocracy?

The Roman Catholic Church has always been more Roman than catholic. By this I mean that the adoption of Christianity as the state religion of the Roman Empire (the Donation of Constantine) has given the Church an imperial organization and attitude toward believers. Protest against this form of...
