I am a culinary student and the Culinary Institute of America. I am now a freshman, but will soon go on extern and work and learning experience. I love to cook and learn about cooking history, science and lore. I also love to fish and anything about fish or fishing, including cooking fish and shellfish. I love life now, after an eight year depression and live one day at a time with an eye on the future and one ear behind me. You can trust me with any secret and I'm a friend till the end, but my trust is difficult to earn. I am a Christian, but not a very active one, this is my hope to rejoin the community, and become an active part of it once more.
