My niece hated riding in her car seat, she screamed all the time. It's just something that's got to be non-negotiable. If toys, music, snacks, etc don't quiet him, then I would suggest just turning up your music and trying to grin & bear it! :) I don't know that one is old enough to try to...

Last year I found this REALLY cute suit on Land's End (I'll try to find a pic of it to post).....it's a one piece strapless BUT has a removable strap, halter-style. Underwire ( :thumbsup: ), but it's like a short dress, covers just past the hiney......and has a pair of suck-it-in matching...

It gets SOOOO hot and h-u-m-i-d here in the spring and summer that unless you are IN the water when you're outside during the day, you can't stand it!! We're blessed in that we live about 15 min from the beach, plus my SIL has a pool as well as my mom. I need to go & buy another slip & slide...

I do, simply because folding & putting away is the part I like LEAST!! So I do it quick to get it over with. Luckily now, my daughter puts her own clothes away, I just fold them and lay them on her bed. :thumbsup:

I wish! No, his work shirts are supplied by the company, and they are those ones by Columbia, "fishing shirts", with the flap in the back.......quite cool and comfortable BUT aren't nice for those of us who don't like to iron!! :sorry:

^_^ I deleted that & posted it in your other thread! I HAVE to iron Ty's work shirts, they're like instant-wrinkle or something and hanging them up just does NOT do the trick, trust me, I tried!! :cool:

I go to the WalMart Grocery Store (not Super WalMart), Andrea comes with me. I buy everything there, once every 6 weeks or so we'll hit Costco with my mom (she's got the membership) and buy bulk stuff like toilet paper, meat, snacks, etc.

Well, are you talking about ALL the laundry? Or just clothes? :cool: I do towels on Monday (the day I clean bathrooms), I do bed linens on Friday (the day I change the sheets). I do clothes laundry on Wednesdays, but it takes me ALL DAY, starting before 8 in the morning until mid-to-late...
