    Any bodybuilders here?

    I've been into body building for 9 years now. I'm not huge but I like to stay in nice shape. As far as I'm concerned, the best way to show respect and thanks for our bodies is to take excellent care of them.

    Favorite exercises?

    Leg press! My old record was 725lb. and I'm hoping to get to 800lb. by summer. My second favorite would probably be bench press.
