  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

    My new little grandaughter Kellen

Goodbye Femina- harlot of the Babylonian church!- No, seriously you have been spiritual if sometimes emotional. You have spoken about the healing power of Christ in your own life. You are too gentle for this religious abattoir; too alive for this spiritual morgue... So, adieu. God bless.

Why are so many protestants anti-Catholic and/or anti-Orthodox

You still did not answer Femina's questions and harmonize those scriptures but spoke of what she supposedly implied... I would say that real faith produces real works. This harmonizes with all scripture and yet you seem to imply yourself, now on two occasions that Femina's belief is demonic and...

I joined match and I'm even more lonely

Doctors treat anxiety as an ongoing condition and yet it can reduce or go away. The hard thing to do, the extraordinarily hard thing to do is to get to the place where you feel God's healing touch- but it can happen. That's all I'm saying. More than that would be asking too much of you.

I joined match and I'm even more lonely

Try online communication with others as a limited means of socialization. (While being careful with private data etc.) God is able to heal the mind of fear (Even a little at a time.)- although it is very common for depressed or anxious Christians to be offended by that idea- as that is part of...

New Dream--Either about the end times or me

This is a late response I know but this dream was from the 'enemy' sent to disturb you. PM me if you like.

Do apostles and prophets exist today?

These are assumptions you make that have no logic or sense to them.

The Word of God vs The Holy Scripture

Christ is the word of God and the bible is the word of Christ. A person's attitude to the entire bible reveals their true attitude toward Christ.

Do apostles and prophets exist today?

Faith in men? I suggested no such thing. Faith is in Christ and he has never stopped speaking to the faithful.

Do apostles and prophets exist today?

All things are possible to him who believes. Ask and you shall receive. These two well known sentences of the Lord Jesus are enough to have prophets and apostles- according to faith- if there is faith. The real question is: "When the son of Man comes will he find faith on the earth?" Peace.

    Is there salvation in Mary?

Yet, the traditional churches believed Mary is bodily in Heaven and is more than aware of these things. Surely you as a Pentecostal believe in revelation and could test the very early Christian belief in the risen Mary? Or are only modern Pentecostal prophecies and revelations true? The...

Does God Honor Man's "Free Will"?

I was converted by God himself when he appeared to me. Incidentally Finney was converted by a vision of the Holy Spirit appearing to him as a dove and baptizing him in power- which meant he started converting others on the day of his conversion. I have nothing more to say to you.

Does God Honor Man's "Free Will"?

On the contrary you have implied this- and in fact Calvinism is not true Christianity. This is why Calvinists avoid quoting the many instances of Jesus teaching good works in the gospels- as they tend to see 'works' as bad and nominal 'faith' as good.

Does God Honor Man's "Free Will"?

The RCC for example officially says we are fallen via Adam's sin but we are not actually guilty of his sin. This is a common interpretation.
