Hello Not David, David hereI agree that's a bit odd, but in reality, there are FAR more Arminians, and other non-Calvinist type believers, who hold to OSAS, simply because there are so many more of them than there are Calvinists these days.
Also, we Calvinists hold to a doctrine of Eternal Security that is different from OSAS (at least different from the way that OSAS seems to be most often understood) called, The Perseverance of the Saints.

Hello David. I am also not David, but not that not David or David at all. I am not a Calvanist but I have been comparing the teachings of Calvanism and Arminiam doctrine. I find them very close and separated on narrow lines, well depending I suppose on which subgroup, and I am not attempting to nullify or reduce the difference as at some level salvation or becoming a Christian is a difference of how one interprets the act. It seems as if it comes down to free will or not and the consequence of such. This is not the place but perhaps you can point me to a discussion that is.
