What Does the Lord Jesus Mean by “Doing the Will of the Heavenly Father “?

God's judgement is one of love. God is not going to exist in a world of sin. He will do everything including giving up His only Son for man, for those who come to Him and do His good will Mat 7:21-23 to have everlasting life.

But not everyone wants to live in a world without sin. They stay in darkness because their deeds are evil and they don't want to give them up. God in His great love and mercy allows man their own desires and by their choice they choose death (not eternal punishing- but punishment- the wages of sin is death- no more) over life with Jesus without sin.

The big BUT for your position is that Jesus just can't manage to get the job done for the majority, and that persons less than God must save themselves. Quite backwards, really. Pariticularly so when trying quite vainly to justify the evil within everyone, ala Mark 7:21-23

Evil does come from within. It's NOT optional. It's Word.

John 3: 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

I'd suggest you only believe in half the story.

The evil present within no one makes it through the gate of heaven and no person other than God Himself is exempt from that working.

The evil within is evident in the carriers in that conveyance, as well as the open lie that said evil is legally obedient as that just never happens

I have no issues with the tempter being sent to hell. Where is the tempter but in our minds? Mark 7:21-23

Did you miss the parts about Satan/devils speaking and acting through mankind in the Gospels? In addition to Romans 3:9, Romans 7:17-21, 2 Cor. 12:7, James 3:15, 1 John 3:8 etc etc

The citing was Mark 7:21-23. All have sin, Romans 3:9 and sin is and remains "of the devil," regardless of any claims to the contrary, 1 John 3:8, Mark 4:15
