A man was taken into custody at about 11 p.m. local time on Thursday night by Utah state and local police, according to a law enforcement official who confirmed the details of President Trump’s remarks to Fox News. Federal authorities are not releasing his name because they are still in the process of pursuing leads and executing search warrants, according to the official, who requested anonymity to discuss details of the ongoing investigation.

The suspect's father convinced his son to turn himself in. Their intermediary was a local Utah minister.

"Bella ciao" is an Italian song dedicated to the partisans of the Italian resistance, who fought against the occupying troops of Nazi Germany and the collaborationist Fascist forces during the liberation of Italy.

The exact origins are not known, but it is theorized to be based on a folk song of the late 19th century, sung by female workers of the paddy fields in Northern Italy in protest against harsh working conditions. There is little evidence of the song being used during World War II, with the current partisan version becoming widespread only after it ended. Versions of Bella ciao continue to be sung worldwide as a hymn of resistance against injustice and oppression.

In 2017 and 2018, the song received renewed popularity due to the singing of "Bella ciao" multiple times in the Spanish television series Money Heist. I don't fault the FBI or local authorities making premature arrest nor do I think it took too long.
