Do you believe that Luke 16:19-31 is a parable and if so, why?

This parable began in a garden with a commandment not kept ...

When the Messiah Reveals/ Gives Understanding/ He does not give "two" sides so to speak.
He Knows Perfectly the Father's Will, and The Father Loves to Reveal (only) the Truth , albeit to little children, and because it is likewise His Good Pleasure to HIDE truth from the educated ones (because of pride? - no matter, it is His Choice, His Good Pleasure, Perfectly) they never get it unless God Determines to Show them .

I agree. But 2 opposite conclusions still abound.
