All the judges that are the resistance to Trump.
From attempting to take him off the ballot on.....
I do not trust them to judge without agenda. no matter what they are judging.I see. However, the thread is addressing Immigration judges who would not be ruling on such matters.
Still with the horrible disaster of a bill? That was a stunt, sad that Democrats were even to get even one Republican on the bill. The bill was a continuation of the con that Democrat leaders used on their base--that the border was safe, secure, and closed, and that Joe was trying to do the best he could to cut down the number of immigrants but he needed legislation to do so. President Trump has proved that hoax wrong. The truth is that the Democrats in the Senate stalled a vote on the legitimate border bill passed by the House for over a year! Starting to get some heat from even Democrats they, instead of working on a Senate version of the House bill, came up with a bill to let even more people cross the border! It was dead on arrival in the House, Trump didn't have to say anything but wisely let people know about the trickery in the bill. What Obama is talking about is pretty much the same thing as the GOP Sen Lankford bipartisan bill that Trump had the GOP house kill.
There is a difference between advocating for more judges to speed up the immigration process; than waiting for those who are legally going through that process and grabbing them and deporting them because there weren't dubbed a US citizen yet. But hey, when you have daily quotas to make.....
They wanted people living here illegally to be deported. And they did not want anyone to employ them. Both these presidents spoke about pathways to citizenship, comprehensive immigration, better border security, and arresting those who were involved in criminal activity.
I noticed they never called immigrants "rapists and murderers and drug dealers."
They did not support the amoral, deliberate cruelty that is taking place all over the US today.
And they never painted them as violent, dangerous or less than human. They wanted people living here illegally to be deported. And they did not want anyone to employ them.
I keep hearing about how they're escaping all of the dangerous violence in their country. And they never painted them as violent, dangerous or less than human.
That helps too.
Yeah a lot of it coming from their own governments.I keep hearing about how they're escaping all of the dangerous violence in their country.
I think most people who’ve been in the US holding a job, raising a family and reporting to scheduled court appointments for years, some for several decades without a criminal record have more than proven their non violence to our society.Yet somehow no one coming in illegally from those countries is dangerous.
What about the cartels and the gangs?Yeah a lot of it coming from their own governments.
What about the zillions that doesn't apply to?I think most people who’ve been in the US holding a job, raising a family and reporting to scheduled court appointments for years, some for several decades without a criminal record have more than proven their non violence to our society.
No one I know, and because so many are Catholic, I know lots.I keep hearing about how they're escaping all of the dangerous violence in their country.
Yet somehow no one coming in illegally from those countries is dangerous.
How many illegal immigrants out of millions do you know in Fort Smith, Arkansas? Is there a lot of Hispanic gang activity there? No one I know, and because so many are Catholic, I know lots.
Just a quick perusal of crime rates between Fort Smith and Los Angeles, LA is slightly safer (no offense to your home Fantine, I’m sure it’s a lovely city!) Even with all our scary illegal immigrant criminal Hispanic gangs. How many illegal immigrants out of millions do you know in Fort Smith, Arkansas? Is there a lot of Hispanic gang activity there?
You skipped the first question and missed the point of the second question which was rhetorical.Just a quick perusal of crime rates between Fort Smith and Los Angeles, LA is slightly safer (no offense to your home Fantine, I’m sure it’s a lovely city!) Even with all our scary illegal immigrant criminal Hispanic gangs.
(there’s black and white ones here too)
It wasn't addressed to me. FTR, I don't know any illegal immigrants in Fort Smith, Arkansas. You skipped the first question
I think you missed my point that LA, with all its scary illegal alien Hispanic gangs (among many others) isn't that much more dangerous. It's actually slightly safer.and missed the point of the second question which was rhetorical.
Exactly. It wasn't addressed to me. FTR, I don't know any illegal immigrants in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
That has nothing to do with the question I asked.I think you missed my point that LA, with all its scary illegal alien Hispanic gangs (among many others) isn't that much more dangerous. It's actually slightly safer.
So it can't really be all the scary illegals causing all or even most of that crime. It's mostly scary Americans doing that.
That's ok, it was rhetorical anyway. That has nothing to do with the question I asked.
Yes. Because because only 20% of the population is Hispanic there. 20% out of 90,000. She said none of the illegal immigrants she knew where dangerous. I'm assuming there's not a whole lot MS13 or similar gang activity in Fort Smith, AK. So that was a tongue-in-cheek rhetorical question. It didn't have anything to do with how safe Fort Smith is compared to other places that do have a lot of Hispanic gangs like Los Angeles. That's ok, it was rhetorical anyway.
Stopped reading after the first sentence since that was wrong. It was crafted by Sens. James Lankford (R-Oklahoma), Kyrsten Sinema (I-Arizona), and Chris Murphy (D-Connecticut). Moreover, your dislike for the bill does not negate my point.Still with the horrible disaster of a bill? That was a stunt, sad that Democrats were even to get even one Republican on the bill. The bill was a continuation of the con that Democrat leaders used on their base--that the border was safe, secure, and closed, and that Joe was trying to do the best he could to cut down the number of immigrants but he needed legislation to do so.
