The argument is that teens should be punished for having terrible common sense and not using birth control when they get pregnant.
No, I don’t think they should be punished. That wasn’t my argument at all. Even teens are aware of what condoms and birth control are. Or even not having sex at all. Punishing the unborn child shouldn’t be an option, and I will die on that hill.
Religious rights are on the upswing. And the segregation academies started by Rev. Falwell and the like were predicated on religious grounds.

So? That doesn’t mean they are like raging animals that have no control over their instincts.
It can do. I remember my teenage years (before I became the paragon of self control and discretion you see before you). I made some downright crazy sexual choices when my hormones were a raging.
I didn’t since I’ve always been single, regardless, I don’t care what people do in their bedroom because it’s private.
Do you believe that the non-abortion services that planned parenthood offers (for example HIV tests, pregnancy tests and planning, STD testing and marriage counseling) should be picked up and paid for by medicaid when provided by a different venue?
