Pam Bondi Announces One of the Largest Fentanyl Busts in US History​

Authorities have carried out one of the largest fentanyl busts in U.S. history after they seized 11.5 kilos which included millions of pills, a move that was announced by Attorney General Pam Bondi Tuesday.​

According to Fox News, Bondi said sixteen people were arrested and six involved were in the U.S. illegally.​

Along with the fentanyl, another 35 kilos of methamphetamine, 7.5 kilos of cocaine, and 4.5 kilos of heroin was also seized, as well as $5 million in cash and a stash of rifles and pistols.​

Bondi said one of the Sinaloa Cartel’s top-ranking members, Alberto Salazar Amaya, was the leader of the drug ring and had been living in Salem, Oregon. Drugs were being distributed as far as Albuquerque, New Mexico, Phoenix, Arizona, and Utah.​

First he closed the borders within days of taking office and now his administration is actively going after gangs and getting seizures.

11.5 kilos is around 25 pounds.

Yes. This is really minuscule compared to what the Biden DOJ has accomplished, including these arrests that started under investigation by Merrick Garland's DOJ.

It's like Trump supporters read a report that Trump tied his shoes, and they go goo goo over it. Look at this from Merrick Garland's DOJ 2023:

• Nearly 300 people were arrested as a result of a years-long, three-continent operation targeting darknet trafficking of fentanyl and opioids, the Justice Department and FBI announced Tuesday.
• 850 kilograms of drugs -- including 64 kilos of fentanyl or fentanyl-laced narcotics.
• Law enforcement also seized 117 firearms and $53.4 million in cash and virtual currencies as part of the operation

Now keep in mind the "darknet" is where they are able to conduct drug transactions, money laundering, and other illegal activities. Recall the founder of a money laundering drug trafficking operation (Silk Road) that Trump just pardoned. Also keep in mind Trump and his tech bro types wish to make crypto and the darkweb easier to traffic these kinds of activities.

Curious - is that the same 'convicted felon' who won the popular vote, the Electoral College, every swing state and his Party won the House and Senate over the very best the Democratic Party had to offer?
