The comment that Senator Menendez’s prosecution brought no condemnation from leading Democrats is true, though.

It’s politics, we’re “supposed to disagree”, amicably, if possible.

Yes, “our side“ sometimes has problems with the “real reason” we are holding investigative hearings.

Oh, not that Adam Schiff didn’t really really like them in (what?) 2018?, no that was a “public duty”, and a springboard for Feinsteins’s seat?, to “save us” from President Trump, who was never really able to make Schiff “see reason”.

The first and last do not apply to Congressional mouth-flapping. While I grant the middle one is ambiguous, the context and topic of the thread is clear.
