There are some videos of Biden sleeping at Carters funeral. In one, Jill even nudges him to wake up.

But IMO, mid-day naps can be some of the most fulfilling experiences, especially on a nice sunny day, so I don't hold it against Mr. Biden.

Not to mention the other threads on this forum, complaining of the various things Biden has done since the election (blocking deportment of El Salvadorans, the mess that Biden is leaving for Trump that mentions things Biden is currently doing, the thread in the News forum over the Presidential Medals of Freedom that have been given since the election, Biden's comments on Democracy being lost "everywhere in the world", etc.).

I guess we'll see. We'll see what happens with the tariffs -- if Trump imposes what he has stated he will, I see the US economy declining significantly (10% or more) but we shall see both what Trump does and what the effects are. Not to mention, Trump has basically said that he isn't going to be able to lower grocery prices or turn back inflation (instead, again, with tariffs, food prices will likely get hit by further inflation) and he'll do this while attempting to cut government services as DOGE tries to eliminate "waste" (such as healthcare for Veterans) -- making more cost increases for people in the US.

The expectations of some here, that Trump is going to come in and suddenly there will be jobs for everyone and houses will return to the prices of a decade ago, as well as food prices, are horribly unrealistic -- yet we still are seeing these types of claims from some Trump supporters.
