A very uneducated post. I have both satellite and local terrestrial TV systems. They are not the same. And as I’ve already said, satellite signals can be received where there are no local masts at all. You need to educate yourself on the differences & why one is not the same as the other.

No I don't your signal may come from a satellite that has been launched on a balloon.

Sorry to burst yours, but a balloon floats around in the sky due to wind conditions and would not have the stability to be able to consistently receive signals without moving the dish. My dish is locked into position and does not have to be moved in order to follow a balloon.

So far you’ve tried to give me three different reasons for my being able to receive satellite TV signals. None of them are thought through to any degree. You’re just rehashing things you’ve heard without any reasoning.

Why? Just so that you can claim it’s fake? It wouldn’t matter what photo I showed you, you would still claim it’s fake.

And stop trying to change the subject (which you do a lot when you have no answer). You can’t explain satellite TV in any rational way.

The easiest explanation is because communications satellites are in geostationary orbits over the earth supplying consistently strong, clear signals which can be received via uni-directional satellite dishes. But to accept that would mean you are completely wrong about the earth’s shape.

Just Google satellites and look at images. All the satellites you could ever want; but I would imagine you will say that they are all fake.

As your previous posts have proven beyond doubt, flat earthers can’t answer basic questions about satellite TV. The fact that you would even consider that millions of Sky Satellite TV viewers, for example, are dependant on a balloon, which would be at the mercy of air currents & could only stay up for a week or so, to receive consistent signals over many years is beyond stupid.

I think Sky viewers would want their money back after a number of weeks, even if their dishes managed to follow a balloon while solidly fixed in one direction only. Why can you not think rationally?

You don’t seem to understand that whatever devices are sending satellite TV signals have to have longer lifespans than balloons, be at very high altitudes & be effectively stationary over specific geographic locations of the earth. Balloons are not anywhere near being right for the job.

Geostationary satellites are the reality, accept it & move on from flat earth nonsense.
