It is VERY evident that you are completely ignorant on the issues. They value death more than life while Israel values life more than death. Why don't you ask the Arabs? I do understand the concern for children. Seriously I do. I don't think anyone on this board thinks it's okay to deliberately murder a child. And it doesn't matter who is doing it. Israel or the Palestinians.

I war children will.be killed. That's why no.one should be doing something that could instigate a war.

I think it definitely was a risky move by the Israelis. However it was a small amount of explosive material and the reward of taking out a lot of terrorists with a relatively small risk to others was worth it. Is that really the big picture, though? It would be more like you're surrounded by five thugs and ten civilians; you kill five thugs and ten civilians, or something. The amount of civilian deaths is so disproportionate. I get that innocents die in war, but this all seems a bit much. Gaza, especially, is like shooting fish in a barrel. They could cut back on civilian fatalities but they don't seem to care. It's not unlike our tendency to use drones to kill one bad guy and a whole wedding party, to boot. It's disproportionate.

If i knew you'd considered it and THEN came to your conclusion I would feel different. It just seems like the suffering of gazans is never considered UNLESS it's suffering at the hands of hamas...OR....that everything comes back to hamas.

Because it does...everything goes back to Hamas in this. You do not know that Israelis are stealing land in Gaza because it is NOT happening. Tons of Israelis lived in Gaza and it was a beautiful place. Then they were evicted and the land given to the PLO and ultimately Hamas took over and it became a sewer and a haven for terrorists. NO Jews live in Gaza. How many Arabs live in Israel? Hmmmmm....
