Of course, you don't. But it is not because of lack of evidence. There is tons of evidence for it.
You're right, Jesse, there is a reasonable amount of evidence. However, evidence has to be interpreted, and unfortunately today, there are a handful of competing praxes and epistemic positions by which to measure various biblically related evidences as being "sufficient."
For you and me, the biblically related evidences are sufficient, but for many others, they're aren't seen or felt to be sufficient due to there not being an overall, arbitrating meta-level praxis that everyone has to use.
..... the other problem, too, is that you and I know from the Biblical epistemology that the Holy Spirit----the Lord----has to also step into a person's heart along the way and help him or her accept, and maybe even understand, the biblically related evidences that we have.
Plus, life is very difficult for many, or even traumatizing, and like in the Parable of the Sower, Screwtape works overtime to take command of people's emotions and perceptions and disrupt their potential faith.
Anyway, I sympathize with your frustration, but there's a lot that goes into any one person arriving at faith in Jesus Christ.
