But you have no details. If I said some child had a major medical procedure and asked if you thought that was wrong, then you wouldn't be able to tell me. You'd want to know the specific details. Please don't repeat nonsense. It doesn't make it less nonsensical. We're not going to pretend there aren't any. We're not going to pretend there will be none. They will continue. If someone needs genital surgery for whatever reason, be it gender based because there was a medical condition, because of an accident or disease then the relevant doctors will make that decision.

If you have an example that you want to discuss then put it forward. Whatever the reason, whatever the age. Otherwise your position is plain for everyone to see. It's a position whereby you complain about something happening but cannot even give one single example of it.

Now that we can definitively say it's happening I'd like to see the investigations started by those who said they would. But I wo t hold my breath.

As always the answer to that is it's about putting a stop to it before it happens. If no one wanted it to happen, then lengthy arguments about it wouldn't be occurring.

The results are minimal and short term. The only way to get conclusive results is to go full procedure on a large scale and then wait ten to twenty years to see how it worked out.

Oh it's happening. In the article on the research I provided the median age of the surgeries of kids that received it between 12 and 17 was 16. That means there were kids under 16 that got them. And 100% of them all were under 18. Not adults.

I have a policy of only seriously engaging good faith actors. A good faith actor is someone who demonstrates a willingness to listen, objective look at the facts and respect for authoritative knowledge i.e. doctors, scientists etc...

That isn't the case here or in these anti-Trans hate threads. There is a saying that you can't reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into, and this saying usually proves true.

There's no point in trying to present science, "what if" scenarios or appealing to non-existent compassion for the lgbt like many here attempt endlessly. I just sometimes interject on these subjects as an actual transgender person myself and then mozy on.

There isn't any good science on this subject. What about the scie tests in Europe who have declared that the research is bad?

This is part of the issue the transing the kids supporters refuse to admit. The systematic reviews of the scientific research on this issue have proven that the research is faulty and untrustworthy.

But like you said, there are those who refuse to look at the facts and respect the authoritative knowledge of those who have conducted these reviews and told us the findings. They have also put actions to their finding by no longer participating in the Affirmative Care model and are limiting care to psychological care.or clinical studies that are heavily restricted.
