Not necessarily. Heres one description from the Mayo Clinc.
Feminizing surgery may include:
- Removal of the testicles alone. This is called orchiectomy.
- Vaginoplasty. This is a procedure that may include:
- Removal of the penis, called penectomy.
- Removal of the testicles.
- Creation of a vagina, called vaginoplasty.
- Creation of a [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse], called clitoroplasty.
- Creation of labia, called labioplasty.
I also could quote one from University Hospitals which describes the Removal of penis.
That's why I called a distinction without a difference. Even the places that perform the surgeries are saying so. No they are not just cutting it off and tossing it in the trash. But they are removing it and what it was and Maki g something completely different sonic no longer exists as a penis.
Feminizing surgery - Mayo Clinic
Now if anyone wants to argue about it they should call rhe Mayo clinic and University Hospitals and tell them they got it wrong.
