To serve his country, Donald Trump should leave the race

Biden had a horrible night Thursday. But the debate about the debate is misplaced. The only person who should withdraw from the race is Trump.

"Trump told more than 30 lies during the debate to go with the more than 30,000 mistruths told during his four years as president. He dodged the CNN moderators’ questions, took no responsibility for his actions, and blamed others, mainly Biden, for everything that is wrong in the world."

I concur.

He's addicted to power as well as money and thinks only of himself. He will never bow out, but the RNC should throw him out and rid their party of this menace.

Trump doesn't believe he should serve the country. He believes the country should serve him. And apparently his loyal followers do to. There is no leaving the race for Trump.

Biden, however, should do his country a favor and pass the baton now, because he'll just be handing Trump an easy win if he doesn't.

Both should withdraw. I'd like to see a race between Liz Cheney (R) and Pete Buttigieg (D). I'd vote for either one over Joe or Don. For myself, I would probably go for Liz, cos she could bring the GOP back to the good old days of the 2000s. Maybe Romney could be her VP. Far cry better than these two guys.

What are your thoughts on Romney or Liz, @JustOneWay ?

People sometime call me an old soul in a 24-year-old man, so it is good to wear that badge with both dignity and humility.

I feel bad for both Romney and Cheney over how the party they worked so hard for abandoned them and cast them aside or out. The republican party should be ashamed for how they have treated other republicans who spoke out against Trump, but I know they are not. All of those never-trump republicans will be targeted and blackballed or investigated and indicted if Trump returns to power.

Trump is trying to stop an invasion. Biden told a bunch of lies too.

The first “lie” isn’t even a lie.

“Severe deformities, mother’s mental health”, as an excuse for post birth abortions.

No. If it was an actual invasion, Congress would have passed the bi-partisan border bill. Trump stopped it until after the election and using this so called 'invasion' to deny Bide a political win. Either there is an invasion and the republicans are turning a blind-eye or there is no invasion.

Border crossings are down since the President signed the EO on the border.

Biden told a bunch of lies too.
So you say. Biden got the cost of the insulin wrong, whereas Trump was telling America the police were ushering in future hostages into the Capitol. Biden said Trump suggested to the country to inject bleach when it was just disinfectant, whereas Trump bragged about low gas prices in the middle of a world-wide pandemic shutdown when few were on the streets and working from home. Biden spoke exaggerations and embellishments whereas Trump just kept repeating the same lies he has in his routine on his pep rally tour.

post birth abortion? An abortion is defined as " the termination of pregnancy by various means, including medical surgery, before the fetus is able to sustain independent life." If a birth is post, then the birth was complete so there was no abortion.

Have you ever heard of the “false dichotomy fallacy?

Don’t play dumb. You clearly know what is meant here.

Why should Trump leave the race? He was a good President.

The nation's historians say otherwise, although they concede Buchanan, who came right before the Civil War, was worse. Shudder! It's hard to imagine worse.

Romney is 9 months younger than Trump, 4 years younger than Biden and is retiring from politics at the end of the year.

No thanks. Also no thanks to "Pete".

Anyone nostalgic for earlier in the 21st century is not an "old soul".
