I didn’t “dress it up” I was referring to his tactics and use of his money and power to bring about change in this country not in keeping with our constitution. I care nothing about where he was born , his religion or lack thereof. He is a menace to our freedom therein lies the reason for the “boogeyman” reference.
Sure, all his support for citizen participation in government and transparency is somehow against freedom? I don’t think so.

Maybe if you had actual examples, your argument might sound more plausible.

How about his support for rogue DA’s that refuse to support existing law? I am shocked you would defend this guy. He has destroyed economies of entire countries. He is not a good guy!

Prosecutorial discretion is an actual thing.

The economies of which entire countries has he destroyed and how did he do that?

He has since become a major philanthropist with a focus on citizens participation in government - as such, he seems better than most.

What do you understand "open society" to mean?

Yes it is a thing but lately the actual hardened criminals seem to be the beneficiary not the general public who has suffered at the hands of these criminals who most often repeat. These "woke" DA's are not helping anyone!

Common tactic of the left. Everyone they disagree with is either racist, antisemitic or have some phobia.
Nonsense - it is fair to call a spade a spade. However the left does tend to disagree with those who are racist, antisemitic and/or homophobic.

Am I to understand you believe those on the right are mostly racist, antisemitic, and homophobic?

Well, not from my post. Are you conflating me with "the left"?

If I disagree with those who are racist, antisemitic, and homophobic that does not mean that everyone I disagree with is racist, antisemitic, and homophobic. Basic logic.

The left are the racists, antisemitic and homophobic.
No, you. Accusation as confession?

Just clear it up and tell us where you stand so I won't have to wonder.

Could you please enumerate for use the countries in which he destroyed the entire economy?
What is a "woke DA"?
One more concerned with liberal ideology than doing his job!
Could you provide an example of Alvin Bragg doing so, and please be specific?
Am I to understand you believe those on the right are mostly racist, antisemitic, and homophobic?
Those positions do tend to be held by people with a socially conservative outlook.

There is no "compelling evidence" here. Braqg doesn't even have jurisdiction over Federal election law. The FEC does and they found no reason to prosecute. This is a sham case brought by a George Sorros backed political hack! NEXT CASE PLEASE.
Actually that is not accurate.

In December 2020, the F.E.C. issued an internal report from its Office of General Counsel on how to proceed in its review. The office said it had found “reason to believe” violations of campaign finance law were made “knowingly and willfully” by the Trump campaign.

But the election commission — split evenly between three Republicans and three Democratic-aligned commissioners — declined to proceed in a closed-door meeting in February. Two Republican commissioners voted to dismiss the case while two Democratic commissioners voted to move forward. There was one absence and one Republican recusal.

That decision was announced on Thursday.

Two of the Democratic commissioners on the F.E.C., Shana Broussard, the current chairwoman, and Ellen Weintraub, objected to not pursuing the case after the agency’s staff had recommended further investigation.
They were split on going forward - it wasn't that there was no possible case.

Cyrus Vance, Bragg's predecessor, had been asked to back off an investigation of Trump and the hush money by the Southern District of NY when they were prosecuting Cohen. As to why the SDNY didn't go after Trump - ask Barr and that odd understanding about not prosecuting a sitting president.

And many on the left, not all of them, can’t admit when they’re wrong.
Many on the right, not all of them, can't admit when they're wrong.

Not everyone, but many of them. Claims about Obama's birth certificate were based in racism. Soros-backed has already been covered, and there sure is a lot of homophobia on the right.

To you maybe, and I don’t think Obama’s literary agent was a racist. Did Obama's Literary Agent Say He Was Born in Kenya?
Snopes said:
The editor of the biographical text about Barack Obama which was included in the booklet maintained that the mention of Kenya was an error on her part and was not based on any information provided to her by Obama himself:

Miriam Goderich edited the text of the bio; she is now a partner at the Dystel & Goderich agency, which lists Obama as one of its current clients.

"You're undoubtedly aware of the brouhaha stirred up by Breitbart about the erroneous statement in a client list Acton & Dystel published in 1991 (for circulation within the publishing industry only) that Barack Obama was born in Kenya. This was nothing more than a fact checking error by me — an agency assistant at the time," Goderich wrote. "There was never any information given to us by Obama in any of his correspondence or other communications suggesting in any way that he was born in Kenya and not Hawaii. I hope you can communicate to your readers that this was a simple mistake and nothing more."

That source doesn't make the point you were trying to make. In fact it does just the opposite. It wasn't based on racism, it had nothing to do with the birth certificate.
