Quite irresponsible for the media to call an election that is still in doubt with significant pending legal challenges. At this particular point, declarations are meaningless.

Could you point me to those "significant pending legal challenges?" As far as I am aware, the only "significant pending legal challenges" is the case, that will be decided by the Supreme Court about whether ballots that arrived after Election Day, postmarked by Election Day, can be counted in Pennsylvania. And part of why they called it today, after taking so long when it seemed obvious that Biden had won Pennsylvania, is that they were waiting for a vote total that not only should survive a recount, but also that was large enough to hold up regardless of if those votes are counted, or not.

If you know of other current cases before the court that might change the results of the election, I'd be interested in hearing them.
