There is a little up arrow on every post. Click on that and you can read the question that I am answering.
You were talking about the Supreme Court. What about the op topic?

Actually it is the liberals that were trying to turn the constitution into toilet paper.
I suppose we can add this to your growing pile of claims for which you will provide no evidence?

According to Trump the "crazy - corrupt - radical democrats" know that they do not stand a chance to win the election. So they are conducting an Illegal - Invalid - unconstitutional Impeachment Proceedings.

Not at all surprising that Donald is entirely ignorant about what is actually in the Constitution and whines a bunch of nonsense that some folks are still willing to eat up. Embarrassing and pathetic but not surprising.

I think Trump is right. The Constitution provides an entirely legal procedure for the impeachment and removal from office of an elected President. But there is nothing in the Constitution which provides for the removal of a Chosen Vessel of God's Will.

They would need a 2/3 majority vote to impeach and that is not going to happen because this is a partition issue. So the only value to any of this is how public opinion is effected by what goes on in the press and in discussions like this one.

It may be a partition issue, with some folks seeing behind it to the little Wizard of the Oz.

Wrong again. It only requires a simple majority for the House to impeach. Conviction n the Senate requires a 2/3 majority.

The Constitution requires a two-thirds super majority to convict a person being impeached. The Senate enters judgment on its decision, whether that be to convict or acquit, and a copy of the judgment is filed with the Secretary of State. (Wiki)

No way is anyone going to come up with a 2/3 vote. If liberals want to spin their tires and go no where with this, that is fine. They are not doing any harm and maybe all this talk makes them feel better.

Maybe so, but I was merely pointing out that the process in the Senate which requires a 2/3 majority is not impeachment. Impeachment has already taken place in the House before the case moves to the Senate.

What is "Embarrassing and pathetic but not surprising" is that liberal democrats are wasting their time on nonsense like this. All of this shows how little they are prepared to do the job they were elected to do. We need to vote them out and get some people in there that do not waste their time on nonsense like this. They spend all of their time on the defensive and every time they do get the ball then end up fumbling it yet again. Maybe they need to work on putting together an agenda that people can support and get behind them on. We need to elect people that can get the job done, not the motley crew.

Part of the job they were elected to do is to carry out oversight of the Executive Branch. In the meantime, they have passed more Bills than the Senate.

The word you'd been trying to write is partisan, not partition. I was doing a play of words on your error. You need to work on your understanding of the Constitution, too.

The House has passed over 300 bills in the last year, only 20 of which originated in the Senate. The Senate has only passed 75 bills, the majority of which originated in the House. It's the Senate that's not doing anything, and McConnel is proud of it.

Not on this issue. Congress has the explicit power to investigate and impeach the president as laid out in the Constitution. What they have done is exactly what the constitution lays out.

I would save your "actually"'s for actually making the case that anything illegal is going on with regard to the democrats impeachment inquiry.
