It just doesn't say what your source claims it does.

But I suppose, one does what one can with whatever is available.

It's more than a little disgusting though, that people would fake a story about Ginsberg to cover for Trump's pedophile scandal.
So you read RGB’s legal brief?

Do Christians know that Trump’s daughter Ivanka converted to Judaism.

So thinking he doesn’t know anything about Judaism is odd.

People don’t think sometimes. We need God always.
What are you talking about? I didn’t say or imply Trump doesn’t know anything about Judaism. Are you replying to a different poster?

Yes it does. Here’s the quotes.

The most appalling recommendation: reducing the age of sexual consent to 12 years old. On page 102, she recommends the laws relating to sexual abuse “Eliminate the phrase ‘carnal knowledge of any female, not his wife, who has not attained the age of 16 years” and instead substitute it with “A person is guilty of an offense if he engages in a sexual act with another person...(and) the other person is, in fact, less than 12 years old.”

Further, she declared the Mann Act as “offensive” and should be repealed. The Mann Act is a law which punishes persons who engage in interstate sex traffic of women and girls (98).

To summarize, Ginsburg not only suggests the law should permit 12 year old children to consent to sex, it should also prevent a felony punishment of those engaging in interstate sex trafficking.

So you are for

* Sex trafficking of children and adults
* Encouraging interstate sex trafficking
* Removing felony penalty’s for sex with children.
* Lowering the age of consent to children who are 12 years old

Those are not Biblical Christian values

What you have in quotes is missing a few sentences, intentionally to make it look like something it isn’t. She was QUOTING a bill currently before congress, and using the language as an example of gender neutral language. The topic was not age of consent, that was simply the age in the passage she used as an example. At the time, laws defined rape as something a man does to a woman and did not address female rapists. This was a men’s rights issue she had taken on. If you want to criticize the person who proposed 12 as the age of consent, you’ll have to find the Congressman who wrote the bill. We all know which states have historically liked a lower age of consent. Her issue with the Mann act was that she, like many others, was against the criminalization of prostitution. Her opposition had nothing to do with six trafficking.

You are not only disingenuously misquoting her but you are slandering her. This is shameful.

Ok then.

Since you keep telling me I'm lying.

Why don’t you tell me what the name of the Bill before Congress you mentioned and then I will work backwards.

Because I’m sick of your accusations.

Which Bill before Congress?

I’ll wait and then we can pick it up from there.

Where did they get their degrees? And why are they violating the Goldwater Rule?

You cut out most of my post. The person I quoted "graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University, received a PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, then completed his post-doctoral training at Weill Medical College of Cornell University." The Goldwater Rule is a recommendation by the APA to abstain from offering a professional opinion about a public figure.

I noticed that you didn't dispute or even make a comment about Donald Trump being a malignant narcissist.

Thank you Jesus.

God bless Donald Trump!

He’s going to win in 2020 no matter what the haters say.

I think you mean no matter what...

He lost the popular vote and won by making false promises to states in the rust belt that have not been delivered. He has claimed, falsely, that illegal immigrants cost him millions of votes. He has recently claimed google stole millions of votes from him.

funny you should mention the free world as we now have concentration camps . As far as why Denmark might be important. I suggest you look at a map and see how close Russia is to it .which is probably why we have a military base in Denmark

Do American detainment centers look like this? Not only do people who want to claim that there are concentration camps on the US border very, very wrong...it's extremely disrespectful to any concentration camp survivor and their families.

And now they are investigating that popular vote the democrats keep hammering on about...as having been totally manipulated...I suspect the investigation will obtain the evidence to prove that it was.

There are plenty of psychologists that have stated he is a narcissist, specifically, a malignant narcissist. That a particular poster does not have a psychology degree has nothing to do with Trump's narcissism.

What is troubling are the lengths people go to in excusing his behavior.

From Malignant Narcissism: Does the President Really Have It?
"John Gartner, Ph.D., is a psychologist who taught at Johns Hopkins University Medical School for 28 years. He says yes, the president has malignant narcissism, as follows in his chapter in the book Rocket Man: Nuclear Madness and the Mind of Donald Trump (2018):

“Trump suffers from malignant narcissism, a diagnosis [that is] far more toxic and dangerous than mere narcissistic personality disorder because it combines narcissism with three other severely pathological components: paranoia, sociopathy, and sadism. When combined, this perfect storm of psychopathology defines the ‘quintessence of evil,’ according to Fromm, the closest thing psychiatry has to describing a true human monster.”"

There are plenty of psychologists/psychiatrists who are paid to say a lot of things...and Trump is not a narcissist...I grew up with one and they are nothing like the POTUS.

Well actually there is evidence and the popular vote is being investigated. Big tech is under investigation not only for voter fraud, but for promoting political bias, for suppressing real science, for censoring conservative and christian content...as well as law suits filed against google, youtube and twitter...the list goes on.

But perhaps you aren't getting these news stories. Seems MSM likes to avoid these stories or pretend they aren't happening, or just distract people with the latest Trump gripe...I'm not sure which.

Barbarian observes:
It's more than a little disgusting though, that people would fake a story about Ginsberg to cover for Trump's pedophile scandal.

Yes it does. Here’s the quotes.

(following is not what Ginsberg wrote, but someone else who has edited what she wrote to make it appear she wrote something else)

"The most appalling recommendation: reducing the age of sexual consent to 12 years old.

In fact, this wasn't her wording at all: It's a bill that was passed by Congress with the age set at 12( The 1937 Senate bill, S. 1400, in §1631) and she was criticizing it, not supporting it.
FACT CHECK: Did Ruth Bader Ginsburg Say that Pedophilia Was Good for Children?

Further, she declared the Mann Act as “offensive” and should be repealed. The Mann Act is a law which punishes persons who engage in interstate sex traffic of women and girls (98).

Ginsberg merely pointed out that the act was used to punish people for doing things that were legal. In one case it was invoked to prosecute a man who went with a woman to another state where she got a job as a chorus girl in a theater. Eventually Congress agreed with Ginsberg and amended it.

It was amended in 1978 and again in 1986; most notably, the 1986 amendments replaced the phrase "any other immoral purpose" with "any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense."
https://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/congress-passes-mann-act

To summarize, Ginsburg not only suggests the law should permit 12 year old children to consent to sex, it should also prevent a felony punishment of those engaging in interstate sex trafficking.

See above. This lie has been exposed repeatedly, but the dishonest still trot it out every now and then, whereupon anyone who bothers to check will immediately recognize that it's a dishonesty.

So you are for

* Sex trafficking of children and adults
* Encouraging interstate sex trafficking
* Removing felony penalty’s for sex with children.
* Lowering the age of consent to children who are 12 years old

I'll be generous here, and assume you were an innocent dupe in this affair, and didn't bother to check the facts.

It's still not a very good reflection on those who pass this libel on, without checking to see it it's true or not, and merely assume evil of an innnocent person.

Those are not Biblical Christian values

No kidding.

You do know that "Snopes" has no validity... right?

That won't work for you. As you see, Snopes provides checkable sources. You could go to the primary sources, and you'll find Snopes was correct once again.

Trump, just after his inauguration, started believing his own tweets, and set up a panel to investigate voter fraud. It fell apart in a short time, as the panel found only four cases in the 2016 election, and they were all fraudulent votes for republicans, three of them being people who fraudulently voted for Trump.

Not surprisingly, they were all caught, and the votes never counted.

Not exactly what Trump was expecting.
